Can’t wait

We are having a 16th birthday celebration for my son tomorrow.  Wow, kids grow up fast!  I am excited about the party!

I expect to receive the tee-shirts the first of next week.  I can’t wait to get them.

Working with my business partners and our creative partners, StationX, we continue to come up with great ideas for the business.  It just keeps getting better every day.  As I look back on the delays of the past, I could easily (and have) get discouraged.  But, as hard as it has been for my family to be without a job and pay this past year, I believe the delays have been a God send.  The good lord is looking out for me for sure.

So, why have the delays been good?  Because of the mistakes that have been avoided and the coolness of what the idea has become.  I CAN”T WAIT to launch and tell the world – neither can my family!

As the idea has grown over time, the benefit factor has grown at least twice as fast.  This is such great idea, one that will benefit so many people, it just has to work.  The people I work with are great.  My partners (to be named later!) are some of the smartest people I know.  StationX (www.stationx.tv) guys Brant and Doug are some of the best.  Every day they come up with something that puts a big smile on my face.  Good people are hard to find, great people even harder.  I am blessed.

If you have been following my blog, you know the reason behind what we are building.  I just got tired of all the hype around all the “opportunities” that are promoted every day.  The criteria we set up are simple.  The plan must be simple, it must benefit everyone involved and you have to know you will not lose your shirt if you join us.  We have accomplished this goal with the business model we have.  I can’t wait to tell you more about it as we get closer to launch.

Still, it is very difficult to get something like this off the ground.  We still need cash to make sure we can get this done.  We are currently seeking assistance from ASTA (Arkansas Science and Technology Authority) http://www.accessarkansasscience.org/.  Dr. Steve Stanley has been super to work with.  This is one program that is working hard to help Arkansas.  I am confident they will help us.   Wish us good luck with this effort, or send me a big check!  Your choice J.
