Are you a Social Butterfly, Social Media Rock Star or something in between?  The good news is that regardless of which you are; YOU HAVE VALUE!  I recently installed “Viral Loop” on my Facebook.  According to this application, my personal value to Facebook is $68.40.  This is pretty good when you consider that Facebook is not doing a good job of making money.  I would not consider myself a Social Media Rock Star, what would one such a persons valued be?  Check out this link; http://www.fastcompany.com/blog/adam-penenberg/penenberg-post/viral-loop-leaderboard  Crazy wicked what some people are worth.

So that is the value on Facebook but what is a person’s value on across the entire Internet?  What if you consider their value to offline marketing as well?  We took a look at offline when working on our business model.  The industry I have spent most of my time in, Marketing Services, is an $11 billion dollar a year industry.  We took all the channels, products and services typically offered by these companies and came up with a dollar amount of around $300.00 per year per person for the AVERAGE person. 

Now, let’s let loop in your value to Google or you other preferred search engine, MySpace (those that continue to hang around), online advertisers, etc… Let me tell you, the numbers can get pretty large.  All you Social Butterflies and Social Media Rock Stars have a significant value, but so what – are you getting any of the cold hard cash for all this value or are you simply enjoying making other people rich? 

Of course for most people, you are getting a big fat ZERO and you have no idea of HOW to get your money.  What you really need is an agent.  All Rock Stars have one, why shouldn’t you have one for the value you create?  It is at this point that if I were standing in front of you, I’d hand you my business card and tell you that I WANT TO BE YOUR AGENT!  I want to help you Get Your Fair Share of the value you create.  Even if you are not a Social Butterfly or Social Media Rock Star, you have value.  The time is coming, we are going to take a stand, make a difference and be heard!   You do not want to miss this!
